- refine your technique on ridges, mixed ground, and granite
- understand tactics and strategy for alpine climbs
Sample Program (adapted to conditions and your level)Day 1 — Technique Refresh & Adaptation- review and training of basic movement
- ropework and moving together
- easy mixed terrain in crampons
- selection of routes for the coming days
Typical terrain: Aiguilles Rouges or easy lines near Montenvers.
Day 2 — Classic Snow or Mixed RouteReal alpine conditions and movement practice.
Routes may include:
- Arête des Cosmiques (AD-)
- Petite Aiguille Verte (PD+)
- Index Ridge
Day 3 — Ridges & Chamonix GraniteA day focused on beautiful classic lines.
Options:
- Traverse des Aiguilles Crochues
- Aiguille du Midi – Arête
- Arête des Papillons (AD)
Day 4 — Mid-grade Classic RouteChosen according to weather and conditions.
Examples:
- Aiguille d’Entrèves Traverse (AD-)
- Aiguille du Tour (PD+)
- Marbrées Ridge (AD-)
Day 5 — Full-Day Alpine RouteA bigger objective to consolidate all skills.
Possible routes:
- Approaches around Dent du Géant
- Tête Blanche & Petite Fourche
- Pointe Lachenal Traverse
Day 6 (optional)Another classic route or advanced technique session.
Price €500 per day for 1–2 people
